Last updated November 7, 2026. This notice explains how the JM Builders website handles project inquiries.

The project inquiry

When you submit this form, your contact information and project answers are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the inquiry and emails it to JM Builders at bdavis@jmbuilders.us. This can include your name, phone, email, location, project description, budget range, timing, priorities and access notes. Please include only information needed for your project.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions in its archive for 30 days. Its own privacy practices apply to its processing. See FormSubmit's privacy notice. JM Builders may retain the inquiry in its business email for project assessment and follow-up.

The copy and download controls operate on your device. They do not submit your answers. The fillable PDF must be saved and emailed by you. This form does not sign you up for unrelated marketing messages.

Information you send by email

If you email JM Builders, your email provider and our email provider handle the message. Your message may contain your contact details, project location, budget range, timing, priorities, access notes and any attachments you choose to include. Please do not send financial account numbers or other sensitive personal information.

Website services

This website uses hosted website infrastructure and Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical request information such as IP address and browser details. This version does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The public website can be viewed without signing in.
